CCGF Academy is a ministry of Calvary Chapel Grace Fellowship and offers a Christ-centered, biblically grounded education in the heart of Tuxedo, New York. Our mission is to raise up tomorrow’s Christian leaders by engaging the heart, equipping the mind, and empowering students to live out their God-given purpose. We provide academic excellence infused with strong spiritual formation, preparing students to serve Christ with integrity and lead with compassion. Our dedicated teachers are born-again believers committed to modeling and teaching the truths of Scripture, building strong character, and nurturing the whole child—spirit, soul, and body.

Step 1: Explore: We encourage prospective families to attend one of our Information Nights or schedule a private campus tour. Please visit our website to explore our educational philosophy, biblical values, and program offerings. We recommend families prayerfully consider if CCGFA is the right fit for their child’s academic and spiritual development.

Step 2: Apply: Apply online here. Applications for Fall 2025 are now open. We also accept applications on a rolling basis, subject to availability. High school applicants must submit their most recent report card and current transcript. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Step 3: Interview: Once your completed application is reviewed, our Admissions Office will contact you to schedule an interview if necessary. This is a time for us to get to know you and for you to ask questions about our program, expectations, and community.

Step 4: Enrollment: Upon acceptance, families will receive an enrollment packet via email.

Admissions Policy

CCGFA considers applicants based on their academic history, character references, standardized test scores (when available), behavioral record, and the family’s commitment to the mission and values of our school. All students must express a willingness to attend, grow spiritually, and uphold school standards in character, conduct, and academics. CCGFA reserves the right to select students and families based on spiritual alignment, academic readiness, lifestyle values, and the ability to support our Christ-centered learning environment. Parents must demonstrate a cooperative spirit and commitment to uphold our biblical worldview and school policies.

Immunization Requirements

Per New York State Education Department (NYSED) regulations, documented proof of immunizations is required for enrollment. Religious exemptions are no longer permitted under NY State law.
